More Than Two Decades Of Experience In Construction And Real Estate Law
Our firm primarily represents construction contractors, developers, owners, property managers, architects and engineers in reviewing and negotiating construction contracts and resolving complex construction disputes and real estate transactions. We regularly negotiate property access agreements for owners, including condominiums and co-ops. We have also successfully represented owners seeking an RPAPL 881 license from the New York State Supreme Court to gain access to an adjacent property for a client to complete its construction project.
Mr. Supcoff is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. He appears regularly in state and federal court for pretrial, motion and trial practice. Mr. Supcoff also has extensive experience as counsel for clients involved in alternative dispute resolution of legal conflicts.
Mr. Supcoff started his legal career as a litigation associate at a large Wall Street law firm. Before opening his own firm in 2003, he worked as a commercial litigator both at a midsize general practice and at a small firm specializing in design and construction law. For 30 years, Mr. Supcoff has been providing legal counsel and advocacy for clients in significant commercial, construction law and real estate matters.
Mr. Supcoff earned his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School after graduating cum laude from Duke University. Today, he serves on the board of his Long Island condominium. He also volunteers with his college alumni club, encouraging New York City public school students to apply to college.
