Marc Supcoff is founder and principal attorney of The Law Offices of Marc H. Supcoff, specializing in construction law, commercial litigation and real estate transactions.

Mr. Supcoff's practice focuses on representing construction contractors, developers, owners, architects and engineers in sophisticated contract negotiation and resolution of complex construction disputes. He regularly negotiates property access agreements for owners including condominiums and co-ops. When necessary, Mr. Supcoff represents owners in New York State Supreme Court seeking a court license to gain necessary access to an adjacent property in order to complete improvements to a client's real property.

Mr. Supcoff is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. He appears regularly in state and federal court for pretrial, motion and trial practice. Mr. Supcoff also has extensive experience as counsel for clients choosing mediation and/or arbitration of disputes.

Mr. Supcoff started his legal career as a litigation associate at a large Wall Street law firm. Before starting his own law firm, he was a commercial litigation associate at a midsize and boutique construction law firm. For more than two decades, Mr. Supcoff has been advocating and counseling clients in complex commercial and construction law matters. He brings this knowledge and experience to each new client matter.
